DSD Panels Refund Policy
At DSD Panels, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality DSD Panels and exceptional service. We understand that there may be circumstances where you may need to request a refund for your DSD Panel purchase. 1. Shipping Costs and Restocking Fee
If you wish to request a refund for your DSD Panel purchase, you will be responsible for covering the associated shipping costs to return the product to us. In addition to the shipping costs, a 10 % restocking fee will be applied. The restocking fee helps us cover the expenses incurred in processing the returned item, inspecting it for any damage, and preparing it for resale.
2. Custom Orders
Please be aware that custom orders are non-refundable. Custom orders are unique and tailored specifically to your requirements, making them unsuitable for resale to other customers. As a result, we do not offer refunds for custom orders.
Refund Eligibility:
In order to be eligible for a refund for non-custom orders, the following conditions must be met:
1. The DSD Panel must be returned in its original condition, including all components, accessories, and packaging.
2. The request for a refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@dsdpanels.com to initiate the refund request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Pack the DSD Panel securely in its original packaging or an equivalent protective package.
3. Ship the product to the address provided by our Customer Service team, including the RMA number on the package.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned DSD Panel, we will process your refund, deducting the shipping costs and applicable restocking fee.
Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 business days from the date we receive the returned DSD Panel. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
